How much are your cupcakes?
Undecorated cupcakes are $2.75. Decorated cupcakes start at $3.50. Since our cupcakes are custom-made and priced individually depending on the intricacy of the designs, we do not have a standard price list. However, as a general rule, most of our cupcakes range between $4.00-$7.00. To receive a quote, please submit our no-obligation order request form.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Because each of our projects is made to order, we have a $75.00 minimum order requirement. This does not include delivery or any other related charges.
Can I order more than one flavor?
It depends on how many cupcakes you need. You can choose one flavor per two dozen cupcakes.
Do you also make cakes?
While we do not make cakes in general, we do offer cutting cakes that can be placed on the top tier of a cupcake stand. Perfect for those who want cupcakes at their wedding (and who doesn't!) but still wish to partake in the traditional cake cutting ceremony. The cake can be designed to match the design of the cupcakes.
How far in advance should I place my order?
All of our cupcakes are handcrafted and custom designed to match your personality and the occasion you are celebrating. In order to maintain our high standards and beautiful works of edible sweet art, we can only accept a limited number of orders each month. To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to place your order as early as possible.
Where are you located?
Although we currently do not have a storefront, we bake our delicious cupcakes in a commercial kitchen located in Pasadena.
Can I buy or rent your stands even if I do not order Sweet Art Cupcakes?
Sorry, this service is reserved to our customers only. We have both disposable and acrylic three-tiered stands for sale. These hold approximately 24-30 cupcakes. We also rent elegant stands that hold up to 200 cupcakes, perfect for your larger events.
Do you deliver?
We do deliver our cupcakes within the Greater Los Angeles area. Delivery and set up fees apply and are additional. Please contact us for details and pricing.
Do you ship?
Unfortunately, we do not ship our cupcakes at this time.
What is your order/payment policy?
To place an order, please read the following information and fill out the no-obligation order request form.
Upon receiving your request, and after we have contacted you to discuss your order, we will advise you of event date availability and forward you a quote. If the quote meets your approval, email us to book your desired date. To reserve your order, a 50% non-refundable deposit and your signed contract are required. The event date is held for you through the date of your quote, and five (5) business days thereafter. If the deposit and signed contract are not received within five (5) business days of your quote, your date may become unavailable.
The balance payment may be paid at any time, but no later than ten (10) business days prior to your event. Orders placed with less than two weeks notice require payment in full (deposit and balance) at the time of ordering. Deposits are non-refundable. Invoices are sent and payments are made through PayPal (you do not need an account).
If canceling your order, your balance payment is refundable provided that Sweet Art Cupcakes is notified at least five (5) business days prior to your event. There is no payment refund on orders canceled within five (5) business days of your event.
